Objective
SRTM aims to bridge the gap between high school and college students to potential employers, fostering meaningful connections and opening doors to future career opportunities for students ages 14-24.
Programs available
Work Ready Program
Objective: Assists young adults in exploring career paths and professional development.
Launched in April 2024, this program has helped over 150 youth explore various career paths through internships, job shadowing, and professional development workshops.
Summer Employment Initiative
Objective: Summer program that provides hands-on experience in team leading roles.
We employ youth in our summer program, providing them with hands-on experience in various roles such as camp counselors, administrative assistants, and project coordinators. Participants gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and time management, with many reporting increased confidence in their career prospects.
