Launched in April 2024, this program has helped over 150 youth explore various career paths through internships, job shadowing, and professional development workshops. Some of our programs’ services include:
We employ youth in our summer program, providing them with hands-on experience in various roles such as camp counselors, administrative assistants, and project coordinators. Participants gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and time management, with many reporting increased confidence in their career prospects.

Lead daily site operations, supervise staff, support students and families, and ensure high-quality programming.
Support students academically and socially while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Prepare youth and young adults for career success through job readiness, professional development, training, and employment opportunities.
