Luz Ramos - Molina/East Camden Middle Site Manager
Luz brings over a decade of experience in Camden’s educational system, specializing in family support, partnership building, and impactful student programming. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and Change and is dedicated to fostering social, emotional, and academic growth by addressing the needs of the whole child. Passionate about creating meaningful change, Luz believes in the power of community collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her four children.
Shavon Wilson, Ph.D - McGraw Site Manager
Ms. Shavon is an educator with 23 years of experience and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments, Ms. Shavon is dedicated to working with students from all backgrounds. As a lifelong resident of Camden she is deeply committed to giving back to her community through working with young people - believing that children are the future and can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Carmi Jackson
Carmi is a dedicated instructor at SRTM with a strong background in youth advocacy and leadership. Before joining SRTM, he served on the Camden County Youth Services Commission, collaborating with policymakers to support at-risk youth. A graduate of Urban Promise Academy, he gained valuable experience interning at BlackRock Inc., the world’s largest asset manager. Business-driven and community-focused, Carmi aspires to one day lead his own organization dedicated to empowering Camden’s youth—just as SRTM does.
Curtis M. Williams II - Afterschool Program Director
Curtis M. Williams II joined SRTM as KIPP Site Manager in September 2024 and now serves as an Afterschool Program Director. A dedicated educator with 19 years of experience in schools and Out-of-School Time (OST) programs, he is committed to youth leadership and personal development. Curtis holds degrees from Rutgers and NYU and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Rutgers. He brings a wealth of knowledge to SRTM and enjoys traveling with his wife.
Cam'ron Klotz - Environmental and Community Health Assessment
Cam’ron is a Camden native dedicated to empowering youth and fostering community-driven solutions. As SRTM's Environmental and Community Health Assistant across four campuses, Cam collaborates with students on gardening, air monitoring, and social-emotional learning to build essential life skills. Passionate about making a difference, Cam finds the work deeply rewarding and is committed to inspiring students to reach their full potential. #CamdenStrong

Ricardo (pictured in center) is a dedicated leader at the McGraw campus, committed to fostering excellence in both students and the broader community. With four years of experience at SRTM—two in community service and two in direct support at McGraw—he has played a vital role in enhancing student and staff success. Ricardo has actively contributed to community service initiatives and specializes in providing the guidance and support necessary for students to reach their full potential. Passionate about creating a positive and enriching environment, he is dedicated to promoting academic, social, and emotional growth. His leadership and unwavering commitment continue to make a meaningful impact.
Quaison
Quaison is a dedicated leader at Molina Campus, committed to empowering the next generation of Camden youth. As a Camden native, he deeply understands the challenges young people face and strives to be a guiding force in their lives. Through mentorship and advocacy, Quaison instills confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in his students, showing them that their potential is limitless, regardless of their background. He leads by example, fostering a culture of accountability and self-awareness, and encouraging youth to make mindful choices that shape their futures for the better.
Caroline
Caroline (pictured on right) has been a lead at SRTM for the past three years, bringing a passion for youth development and education. Before joining SRTM, Caroline worked at the Camden Aquarium, gaining valuable experience in engaging with the community. A graduate of Haddonfield High School, she is currently pursuing online education with the goal of working with children full-time. Her favorite program to teach is the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Club, as she believes in the importance of helping students develop emotional regulation skills.
Diamond
Diamond (pictured far right), a graduate of Camden Big Picture Learning Academy and former student-athlete at Eastside High School, is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive space for students. She thrives on helping others grow through teamwork-driven activities and personal development. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching middle school basketball. Diamond is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at College Unbound and remains dedicated to her growth and goals.
Ms. Allen
Nicquera Allen is a dedicated leader at McGraw for SRTM and a special education educator at Camden Prep Mt. Ephraim Elementary. A dedicated advocate, with extensive experience as a parent leader, paraprofessional, and student recruiter. She holds an MBA and multiple certifications, including personal assistance and CPR. With a background in hospitality and personal assistance, she is highly proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Nicquera also leads the Mastery Parent Action Team across four locations, empowering families and strengthening school-community relationships. Outside of work, she prioritizes a health-focused lifestyle and enjoys long runs.
